Karl S. Lee

Originally from Texas, Karl moved to New York City to pursue his education at New York University, earning a degree in Urban Design and Architecture Studies, and later launching his career in real estate project management. 

With over 23 years of real estate project management experience, he has overseen projects spanning 9 million sq ft and exceeding $800M across the Americas, Caribbean, EMEA, and APAC regions. 

Prior to Arkeus, Karl held leadership positions at Colliers, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield where he managed projects and business lines with expertise in various sectors including headquarters restacks, commercial interiors, industrial facilities, data centers, specialty amenities, and more. 

His professional experience and background in construction, architecture, and city planning equip him to deliver comprehensive solutions with meticulous attention to detail and client-focused dedication. 

After 27 years in Manhattan, Karl relocated to Raleigh, NC in 2022 and established Arkeus soon after.
